Q: Do you offer trenchless repair?

A: Yes we do, this is a great option and can replace your pipe with out having to dig it all up. We even have options for small spot repairs 2' to 4'.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We have been in business for 6 years but have over 40 years of combined experience installing utilities.

Q: How do you replace or repair the sewer line?

A: We have two different options we can line the pipe with our trenchless system or we can excavate down to the issue and replace/repair the pipe. Each job is different and we will give our opinion of the best way to complete the job.

Q: How do you know where the problem is located in the line?

A: We put our camera into the sewer line to video inspect and locate the problem. We only inspect through cleanouts (access points to the sewer line), we do not pull toilets.

Q: Do you decommission septic tanks?

A: Yes, we decommission septic tanks and take care of the required documentation.

Q: Do you work with the utility company?

A: Yes, we work with the homeowner to obtain the necessary permits and documentation required for the job, which includes having the work inspected and approved by the utility company and all required paperwork.
